== Hydra Dark as Default Skin ==

Please set Hydra Dark as the default skin and disallow users from changing that.  We want to focus only on the dark skin styling.
: I'll need a background image that actually looks good for a dark skin; looking at the media kit I didn't see one that would work well, hence the light skin. It will also take some time to reskin the wiki (and since it's currently legible it will be lower on my list of priorities than some other wikis I manage whose skins are not legible). If you have any ideas for what the dark skin should look like that would make my job of skinning it easier. I can't continue forward with the wiki until the following extensions are installed:

* Scribunto
* MultimediaViewer
* Loops

It's been almost 2 weeks since I requested these above, but these 3 are prohibitive of getting our data driven infoboxes and tables functional for the wiki.
